IDIOPATHIC PULMONARY FIBROSIS (IPF) CTX-791-201
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
- Aged 40 or older
- Confirmed diagnosis of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)
WHAT'S INVOLVED
- The trial will run for approximately 36 weeks
- 11 clinic visits to the Institute for Respiratory Health in Midland
- A full health check by our doctors and nurses
- Reimbursement for travel expenses
STUDY OUTLINE
This international research study will test PIPE-791, an oral investigational drug.
PIPE-791 is a small molecule that blocks the LPA1 receptor
This research study is testing if PIPE-791 can slow or stop IPF from worsening.
In this research study, you will get one of two doses of PIPE-791 or placebo.
